Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sixxie website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms are entered into between you and Sixxie AI Limited (“Sixxie”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Who operates Sixxie

Sixxie is operated by Sixxie AI Limited. Its registered office is Unit D18, 3/F, Wong King Industrial Building, No. 2 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong.

User materials

Users should only upload materials they have the right to use for creating a personal desktop companion.

Plan choice and preview approval

Users can keep the free sleep-only version or choose Full before generation starts. A generated pet package should not enter long-term desktop use until the user confirms the preview.

Product boundary

Sixxie is a desktop companion and keepsake, not a medical, therapeutic, or productivity service.

No consciousness claim

The generated pet package is a digital figure made from approved materials. Sixxie must not claim the pet has awareness, feelings, or the ability to communicate as the real pet.

Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals. Failed delivery and refund requests follow the published policy and hosted checkout rules.

Beta software

Mac beta access may be limited by account access, platform compatibility, notarization status, and generation quality checks. Internal builds are not public release builds.

Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Jurisdiction and mandatory consumer rights

The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute or claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, or prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings before any competent court where that right cannot lawfully be waived.
