Your photos stay under your control.
Pet photos, videos, and memory notes are sensitive. Sixxie explains what is collected, why it is used, and how you can delete it.

External processing
When selected pet data is sent to OpenAI.
For pet image generation and visual review, Sixxie sends to OpenAI only the pet photos you select and authorize, the minimum pet description needed for the build, and necessary generated or review images. OpenAI retention or deletion is subject to its applicable contract; deleting data from Sixxie does not by itself prove deletion by OpenAI.
Operation logs
What our logs record, and what they never record.
To find and fix failures, our servers keep short-lived operation logs: the time of a request, which endpoint it hit, whether it succeeded, and the technical error if it did not. Any reference to an account is stored as an irreversible hash, never as your email or account id.
These logs never contain pet photos, memory notes, payment credentials, or login credentials. Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. The desktop app keeps its own logs for 7 days on your computer only; we do not collect them, and you can send them to support yourself if you want help with a problem.
Memorial sensitivity
Sensitive memories are not demo content.
Photos and notes about pets who have passed away are treated as sensitive personal material. Support should not request raw photos unless they are needed for a specific failed generation review.
